Seasonal vegetable, fresh meat, wild greens, herbs, fresh milk, fruits, and of course the gold of Cretan land, the olive oil. With these ingredients, we are preparing the dishes that are known from our grandmothers and are part of Cretan’s daily diet.

The ingredients are either from our own garden or from our friends nearby.

We wish to give to friends of Crete, the experience of our true life and true traditional food, far from tourist attractions!!!

Our menu can be also adapted to our vegetarian friends.
